Reseller hosting lets you sell web hosting to your own clients. You get an allowance of disk space and bandwidth, and you divide it between hosting accounts for your clients. You make your own packages and set your own prices.
What is WHM, and do I need technical skills?
WHM (Web Host Manager) is the control panel you use to manage your reseller account. You create cPanel accounts for your clients, make packages and set the limits for each account. A basic understanding of web hosting helps. If you get stuck, submit a ticket.
Can my clients install WordPress?
Yes. Softaculous is installed in our control panels, and WordPress is one of the 200+ free scripts your clients can install in one simple step.
Will my clients know I use North Hosts?
No. Every plan includes white label name servers, so your clients use your name servers, not ours.
Can you move my clients’ websites?
Yes. We offer free migration with reseller accounts. Submit a ticket to get started.
Who supports my clients?
Your clients come to you for support. If an issue needs our help, submit a ticket and our team will look into it.
How many accounts can I create?
The account limit depends on your plan: Aluminium 10, Bronze 20, Silver 30 and Gold 50. If you outgrow your plan, you can upgrade as your business grows. Ask our team which plan to move to.
Do you provide billing software?
No. Reseller plans do not include billing software.
Do the prices include VAT?
No. Prices exclude VAT. You can pay monthly, or pay once a year for the annual price shown on each plan.
